Plus que 7 jours jour pour jour avant le départ du Futuroscope (Poitiers) pour l'édition 2012 du 4L-Trophy !
Pour cette aventure, l'équipage Normand que nous formons, va se lancer vers la découverte du grand Sud Marrocain, de sa culture, son peuple et ses paysages. En traversant d'abord la France, puis l'Espagne, pui finalement une partie du Maroc, nous allons parcourir plus de 6000 kilomètres pendant ces 10 jours !
Notre monture quant-à-elle, une 4L Savane de 1989, a été préparée, repeinte et décorée aux couleurs de nos partenaires. La voiture a déjà plus de 190000km, mais elle se porte on ne peut mieux ! Fiabilisée, et renforcée, c'est a priori sans stress que nous pourrons parcourir cette distance.
Mais... qui est ce "nous" ?

So, here it is! The event is right about to start! In exactly 7 days, the crew, consisting of Raphael Murray and Mathieu Marical, is going to leave the Futuroscope, at Poitiers, for a 10 days and 6000km road trip adventure! The trip is planned to go through France, Spain, and Morocco, to reach Marrakech from the South at the end. The thing about this student humanitarian car raid is that every 2-people crew must drive a Renault 4!
But in spite of its being a very robust and reliable car, we must add some "gear" on it to made it ready for the sand and rock tracks! It has been done last year, and this year to get it perfectly ready.
Every crew shall also find some partners, or sponsors to help them in financing the adventure, and this is why all the cars are covered of stickers, to show who are the supporters! The two companies above accepted to support and follow us for this trip: SERCIB, a developer, with its "Positive Energy" building in Clamart and IPDia, a high performance multilayers silicon substrate manufacturer in Caen.
